STEP #1

PRIMER ALFA – Apply by brush or roller to the cleaned cohesive layer of the substrate. After drying (approx. 2-3 hours – depending on humidity and temperature) you can apply self-leveling compound

STEP #2

PREMIUM S200 or RAPID S400 – Self-leveling compound mix in drinking water. Pour this mixture onto the substrate to compensate for height differences of 2-30mm. Applied material spread with an aluminum lath, trowel, rod, or aeration hedgehog, thereby removing excess air from the applied layer. This mixture dries for approximately 12 hours depending on humidity and temperature.

STEP #3

PRIMER ALFA – One-component closing penetration applies to the leveling compound. It serves to unify the absorbency of the material and create a so-called adhesive bridge between the individual layers. Apply the primer again in the same way as in step #1.

STEP #4

HYBRI FLOOR L8400 – One-component high modular adhesive, suitable for bonding wooden parquets on absorbent & non-absorbent surfaces wood inlaid parquet on new and old surfaces, for gluing vinyl, PVC, linoleum, concrete, wood. Apply the adhesive layer with a toothed trowel 4X4mm.
