Timeline
Registration of the DISTYK trademark by Chemické závody Sokolov for industrial binders and adhesives.
Foundation of Den Braven Czech and Slovak as a subsidiary of Den Braven Sealants from the Netherlands.
Den Braven buys the production of the Sokolov Chemical Plant engaged in the production and development of dispersed elastic façade sealants under the designation DISTYK S-T1 / S-T5. At the same time, it becomes the owner of the DISTYK trademark.
Rental of the Sokolov premises of a manufacturing company providing Den Braven with an existing product portfolio of sealants, coatings, primers and dispersion additives.
Den Braven becomes independent over the original owner of Den Braven Sealants.
The idea of building your own production plant.
Search for a suitable location for the location of the production plant.
Purchase of a selected complex in Přerov (Czech Republic) on Kojetínská street.
Reconstruction of the existing building commenced.
Installation of technological equipment.
Start of production of cement adhesives, self-leveling materials, mortars and facade screeds packed in bags.
Capacity expansion, so-called stage two. Installation of storage hall.
Extension to other technological lines and equipment.
Completion of the second stage of development. New, fully automated line for dry matter. Furthermore, an automated line for liquid penetration and impurities.
Official grand opening with the participation of our important business partners.
Extension of office space, meeting room and laboratories.
Start of the next phase of expansion with new storage facilities and fully robotized technological lines for production and filling of sealants and adhesives.
Launch of automatic cartridge filling lines and for buckets of sealants, adhesives and waterproofing.
